Workforce Development
The Workforce Development Department serves the training needs of emerging, current and returning workers, supports economic development, and is a resource for the college, employers and their employees.
The department fulfills this mission by developing and delivering high quality training, providing professional services to the business community and connecting companies with state and federal workforce development and training resources.
Bridging language & culture, creating a high performance workforce, and computer training programs and services are designed, administered, and delivered by college professionals and private consultants. Flexible training options include workshops, seminars, and credit class formats that can be held at the worksite and at KCKCC's off-campus center.
